By accessing or purchasing from beautystaple.com (the "Site"), operated by Beauty Staple ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Products
We sell beauty and cosmetic products, including BrowPress™ and related items. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual color may vary slightly due to your device's display settings. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.
Cosmetic Use Disclaimer: BrowPress™ and all Beauty Staple products are intended for external cosmetic use only. We recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if you experience irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction. Keep away from eyes. Beauty Staple is not liable for misuse or reactions resulting from failure to follow product instructions.
4. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted at checkout for your local market (currently supported: US, Canada, UAE, Singapore, India).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
- Additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s) at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you're authorized to use that payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery

8. Promotions & Discount Codes
