We want you to love your BrowPress™. If something's not right, we'll make it right — no complicated hoops to jump through.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

  • Unopened, unused items can be returned for a full refund of the product price.
  • Opened or used items: because BrowPress is a cosmetic product that touches the skin, we're unable to accept opened items back for hygiene and safety reasons — this is standard across the beauty industry. If you're unhappy with an opened product, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution (partial refund, replacement, or store credit) on a case-by-case basis rather than requiring you to ship it back.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund, no questions asked. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above instead.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, never arrives, or you received the wrong item:

  • If you purchased Shipping Protection, we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.
  • If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, if it never arrived) and we'll resolve it via replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Email us at [support email] with your order number and the reason for your request. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error (damaged, lost, or incorrect items).

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, UAE, Singapore, and India. Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties or import fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
